Shipping policy

• We offer free 2-4 business days (on in stock items) shipping in Brunei Darussalam.
• Areas of exclusion include remote locations that are otherwise inaccessible or difficult to access with commercial vehicles. If your delivery area falls within these areas of exclusion, we will arrange the nearest accessible meet-up or drop-off point for you to collect your products.
• Delivery charges for items purchased that do not qualify for free shipping are between BND 5.00 to BND 20.00, depending on the size, weight and delivery location.
• Certain products may take longer to ship due to backlogged shipping orders, lack of delivery drivers or back-ordered stock.
• We will inform you in the event that your order may face shipment or delivery delays, and you may choose to cancel your order and receive a full refund if the shipping schedules do not meet your expectations.
